What I build
Thirty years shipping flagship platforms at Microsoft — owning cross-team roadmaps, release readiness, and shared platform capabilities as the connective tissue between product and engineering. Off the clock I build the whole stack myself: offline-first Windows tools, and my own multi-agent orchestration layer on top of Claude. I like the problems where the process doesn't exist yet.

Multi-session orchestrator for Claude Code · open source
Run a fleet of Claude Code agents as a coordinated dev team from one console. Each session takes a role — architect, reviewer, developer — and they coordinate through file-based messaging and a shared work queue, with crash isolation and auto-recovery so one failure can't take down the rest. Built to push past what the tools did out of the box, then opened up.

Offline-first Windows tool suite · built solo, end to end
A self-contained suite of Windows tools — REST and WebSocket services, media integration, and companion web apps. No cloud, no external dependencies: it runs entirely on your own network.
